Swim Session Booking & Cancellation Policy

Our swim sessions run on pre-arranged hourly time slots designed to help you stay consistent and progress in your swim journey.


Please note that pool hire is extremely limited and in high demand, so we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations.


Cancellations made with more than 72 hours’ notice:
Your session will be rescheduled to another available time slot. Please note that refunds are not available.


Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice:
The full session fee will still be charged. This is due to pool hire, staffing, and scheduling commitments that are already in place and cannot be changed.


If a coach needs to cancel:
Your session will be rescheduled within seven days to ensure your continued progress in the training programme.


We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we may offer flexibility in exceptional cases.
