CANCELLATION POLICY

Our business is run on a pre-arranged hourly time slots to help you progress on your swim journey.


Pool hire is extremely difficult to come by, so cancellation notice is a minimum of 72hours in advance of the session. 


Any session cancelled by the client with more than 72 hours notice will be rescheduled to another time, no refunds can be given. 


Any session cancelled by the client with less than 72 hours notice, then clients will be required to pay 100% of the cost.  This is due to the fact that pool hire, staff plans and booking schedule will have already been confirmed/ paid for. 


If one of our coaches has to cancel then the session will be rescheduled to another time within seven days to ensure your progress throughout the training programme.


The cancellation conditions may be altered in cases of extreme circumstances.
