Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our business is run on a pre-arranged hourly time slots to help you Progress on your swim journey. Therefore, when cancelling we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the session starting. 


Any session cancelled by the client with more than 48 hours notice will be rescheduled to another time within seven days. 


Any session cancelled by the client with less than 48 hours notice, then clients will be required to pay 100% of the cost.  This is due to the fact that pool hire, staff plans and booking schedule will have already been confirmed/ paid for. 


If one of our coaches has to cancel with more than 24 hours notice the session will be rescheduled to another time within seven days to ensure your progress throughout the training programme. 


Should the coach cancel within 24 hours of the sessions start time then you will be entitled to an additional session at a 50% discount, this must be arranged within seven days or it will expire. 


 The cancellation conditions may be altered in cases of extreme circumstances.
