Sam Holland
The Swim Wizard
Affectionately known by clients as “The Swim Wizard”, Sam brings over 20 years of experience in the sport of swimming, coaching athletes from across the globe.
A former high-level competitor himself, Sam’s swimming career was cut short by injury—but not before he trained with, and was mentored by, some of the world’s best swimmers and coaches. This unique background has shaped his coaching philosophy: technically precise, performance-driven, and deeply personalised.
Sam works with swimmers of all levels—from those chasing their first county qualification times to seasoned athletes preparing for National and International competitions. His ability to connect with each swimmer and unlock their potential is what sets him apart from the rest.
